Account Manager- Recruitment- London £35K plus great commission! (Hybrid)

One of our favourite clients and fast growing international technical recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing and very friendly team.

You will be working in a small team managing and growing your own desk with huge scope for progression. They are very successful within their sector so they already have an impressive portfolio of clients.


Duties and Responsibilities of role:

  • Manage and develop relationships to ensure all candidates are informed, valued, and engaged with current and future opportunities.
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates registered on the database to ensure current and up to date information on availability, work status, and understanding of existing market trends
  • Research, identify and attract new candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements for Client Manager and Team Leaders
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • To find and arrange appropriate modes of travel, such as flights, trains, and rental cars, as well as making reservations at hotels
  • Become the main point of contact for travellers mobilising and demobilising from projects across the globe
  • To liaise with key client stakeholders on personnel requirements.
  • Developing existing accounts alongside Account Managers
  • Adherence to internal administration and compliance processes as referenced in the sales handbook
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting tight deadlines
  • dentify opportunities to grow business with new clients
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • To ensure all candidate information on our CRM is accurate and up to date and to provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.
  • Provide first-line support for all enquiries
  • Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
  • Close liaison with the wider team in relation to current requirements and opportunities
  • Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management

Salary up to £35,000 plus commission (OTE £30,000- £50,000 in commission)


This is a hybrid role working from home on Mondays.

Hours are 8am- 5pm
