A top beauty company based in Central London is currently looking for a friendly and approachable Customer Service Executive to communicate with their customers via social media, email and telephone. You will be assisting with enquiries, managing their database, and work closely with their logistics team making sure everything runs smoothly. You will also share customer service reports with the team to improve their product etc.
This is a great role for anyone interested in the beauty industry and with fantastic communication skills.
They are a lovely bubbly team of people and you will work within an upbeat friendly environment where everyone is passionate about beauty. They are looking for bright graduates with customer service, e-commerce and/or Zendesk experience ideally. An interest in beauty is also important.
Salary £22,000 + potentially £2,000 bonus paid out every year.
Hours of work 9am-6pm.
