A leading aviation technology company is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join their team based in central offices near Kings Cross.
As Client Support Administrator you will receive full training on an exciting new project and provide technical support to their clients. This includes account management, assisting clients with the product, preparation of training materials, international travel to run training workshops on site, taking enquiries and creating helpdesk procedures.
This role would suit a strong communicator with a technical aptitude. Perhaps you have some experience within account management, customer service or technical support and are looking to join a growing company who can offer a fantastic career path in a genuinely friendly and supportive company.
Hours are 6pm and you will primarily be based in their office in Kings Cross, with some international travel required on occasion. The company offer fantastic benefits, including lunch every day! Salary up to £32,000.
