A well established and highly regarded financial services firm is currently looking for a solid Executive Secretary to support their Senior Partners, based in their office in Golders Green. They are a very successful family run business and work with high net worth clients.
Your role will include complex secretarial support including diary management, dictation, preparing and typing up contracts, proof-reading crucial and confidential documents for high profile clients, managing the directors’ correspondence, general administration and covering for the other secretaries when away, etc!
They are a friendly team of people and this role would suit someone used to working within financial services and who lives locally to Brent Cross/Golders Green.
They are looking for someone with solid administrative support experience, fantastic organisational skills and someone used to working at pace in a professional environment.
Salary is £35-40K and hours of work 9am-5:30pm.
