National Account Executive – Beauty – £30K

We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking person to join our amazing client, a North London-based, high-growth healthy and beauty business to help manage and develop key retail accounts as the National Account Executive.

What you’ll be doing:

Customer services/ Account support:

  • Collate weekly/ monthly sales and SKU analysis reports
  • Manage day to day administration of sales, trade marketing, wholesale and inventory planning for the brand (s) with all retailers
  • Support National accounts with delivering trade marketing activities and trading plans (including agreed promo plans), directly and through distribution partner
  • Liaise with marketing to submit creative briefs and receive creative assets back timely, submit to retailers on time
  • Complete and own new line forms, nomination forms and general set up
  • Support set up on all new retailers and doors
  • Support with retailers and distributors to analyse stock needs, build forecasts and chase orders
  • Support sell in and retailer meetings
  • Accountable for retailer assets/ copy, ensuing all brand guidelines are adhered to and updates are made accordingly, directly or via distributor
  • Conduct analysis and research to support business needs

Operational integration:

  • Quick learner with stock systems
  • Management/ processing of purchase orders from customers, ensuring they are clear on any stock limitations or delays and that execution of B2B orders complies with retailer expectations
  • Usage of client platforms, EPOS systems, extracting data and collating
  • Management of returns, authorisations and tracking.
  • Claim management of loss/damages for goods related to Trade sales.
  • Work with the wider operations team to ensure stock availability and smooth order processing and delivery to all key customer accounts
  • Manage customer enquiries and be first point of contact for orders/ shipping enquiries

What we’re looking for

Your approach:

  • Quick learner with ERP systems, understanding how to create, maintain and complete all transactions related to the management of Trade customers and related sales.
  • Ability to be clear and concise with communication (oral and written).
  • Planning on time fulfilment for all trade orders to work within set KPI’s
  • Driven & self-motivated, a strong planner and well organised.
  • A great team player, able to integrate and coordinate plans with the wider team selflessly to support them in their dual focus on delivering B2B and direct-to-consumer sales.
  • A strong analytical and strategic thinker
  • Solve problems creatively for customers to balance the aims of the business while accommodating the key accounts needs
  • A diligent worker, able to balance own priorities while supporting wider team efforts and helping make the work of key account buyers easier.
  • Experience with UK retailer accounts is desirable – e.g. Boots, Asos, The Lookfantastic.com, Superdrug etc, ideally in a related retail category such as beauty, healthcare, cosmetics. Buying or sales background

Your experience:

  • Experience with UK retailer accounts is desirable – e.g. Boots, Asos, The Lookfantastic.com, Superdrug etc, ideally in a related retail category such as beauty, healthcare, cosmetics. Buying or sales background
  • Possess Excel skills at intermediate level (Vlookups and Pivot tables)
  • Possess PowerPoint skills and Word

 Compensation:

  • £30k starting salary
