A wonderful private healthcare company is looking for a Part Time Operations Coordinator to support them within their head office in Wimbledon. The role is to work for 3 or 4 days per week, and you would work alongside a friendly team in a small office, being the first point of call for patients and ensuring they receive an exceptional service throughout the process.
You will take enquiries, manage referrals, liaise between a talented team of doctors and their patients, ensuring a seamless and bespoke service. You will also provide some administrative support and the role will include some proofreading and transcribing clinical or medico-legal letters.
This role suits an organised and confident individual who also enjoys working with people and building relationships, but also who has a keen eye for detail and excellent writing skills. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a high end customer service background or account management experience who has a warm and empathetic nature, and is looking to work within a lovely office environment. A background/strong interest in private healthcare would be highly beneficial.
