A unique opportunity has come up for a part time Property Manager to support the running of this boutique property company based in Central London. You would join this growing company at an exciting period, and support the Senior Property Manager with organising short term holiday lettings across a number of high quality properties across London.
The role is to work a flexible 15 hours a week – so you can fit these hours around other commitments. The hours have the potential to increase over time and the role could also go permanent for the right individual.
This role is hugely varied – you would be liaising with clients, managing inbound enquiries, taking bookings, visiting properties around London and making sure they are ready for guests. You would liaise with the cleaners and building managers, ensuring the property is kept in good condition and maximising bookings, ensuring a lovely customer experience.
This role takes someone organised and efficient who is going to take pride in this role, but also work with a friendly and approachable manner with clients.
