A wonderful private clinic is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support them within their stylish head office in Wimbledon.
You would work alongside a friendly team in a small office, being the first point of call for patients and ensuring they receive an exceptional service throughout the process. You will take enquiries, manage referrals, liaise between a talented team of doctors and their patients, ensuring a seamless and bespoke customer service.
This role suits an organised and confident individual who also enjoys working with people and building relationships. A background in private healthcare would be beneficial but is not essential. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with a high end customer service background or account management experience who has a warm and empathetic nature, and is looking to work within a lovely office environment.
The client would consider part time hours if preferred.
