A high profile beauty clinic based on Harley Street is currently looking for a new Receptionist/Administrator who will also enjoy management of their social media. The clinic has been set up by a world renowned skincare expert who also works at the clinic regularly.
You will be taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities such as meeting/greeting patients, managing appointments, invoices, taking payments and assisting with the smooth running of the clinic, as well as managing their social media accounts, updating their website and managing their PR activity. This is a busy role and you will never be bored!
They are one of the top clinics in the country for skincare/beauty and you will often be dealing with high net worth individuals. You must have fantastic communication skills as well as solid administrative experience.
Salary is up to £28,000 and hours of work are 9am-6pm although one or two days a week- 11am-8pm and the occasional Saturday 9am-3pm (with a day off in lieu).
