We are currently working with a new business within medical research and based in Mayfair/Oxford University. They have recently received important funding and their newly appointed director is now looking for a Project/Team Administrator.
The role will include doing some research, project administration, liaising with clients over the phone and via email, preparing documents and presentations, etc. This is a varied role and you will be working within a small friendly environment alongside one of their EAs.
They are looking for someone confident and friendly with 1/2 years’ team administration experience. The ideal candidate will also have good PowerPoint/Word/Excel skills and eager to develop new skills within a small friendly & hardworking environment.
Hours of work 9am-6pm and salary up to £25,000.
