Customer Service Administrator – Beauty – up to £25K
Our client, based in North London, is a leader in the world of direct-to consumer health and beauty brands, growing over 100% in the past year. We’re looking for a highly motivated and tactile individual who has at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role for a 12m fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have proven communication and problem solving skills, be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner and possess good written skills.
What you’ll be doing:
The role will involve supporting a busy team with all aspects of customer care, from dealing with customer queries regarding products and orders, to managing our customer feedbacks online. Your job role will involve but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Answering customer calls to deal with queries, product information, delivery information and general questions
- Processing customer returns, ensuring all customers who return their items receive replacements or refunds in a timely manner
- Responding to customer messages from Ebay & Amazon
- Communicating with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback on our e-commerce channels
- Quality Control / Product testing to identify products with potential issues
- Processing claims with our delivery couriers for missing customer deliveries
- General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processed smoothly.

Your experience:
- Working within an ever changing and fast paced company
- A good understanding of beauty products is essential
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel Application and other Office Applications
Compensation:
- Up to £25,000 per annum
- Up to 10% of salary based on KPI’s and manager discretion
