Finance Assistant- Law firm- up to £32k (London)
Our client is a dynamic and forward thinking law firm in City based offices with a small and sociable team. They are looking for a motivated and driven Finance Assistant to support their office.

The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks outlined below.
• Producing invoices and processing payments
• Management of the company finance system, Xero.
• Being the main point of contact for finance queries and liaising with the accountants
• Managing client credit control issues/queries
• Processing client payments
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Liaising and managing supplier contracts and third parties
• Some ad hoc support for the MD and assisting on projects
• Creating Court Bundles to assist legal team
• General support to Managing Director
Person Specification:
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail
• Great communication and relationship building skills
• Highly competent on Microsoft products i.e. Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint,
PowerPoint
• Commercial experience of credit control, preferably on Xero
• Organised and accurate approach to work, with effective prioritising skills
• The confidence to work in a fast paced and demanding role
Skills & Experience:
• Degree qualified (2:1 or above)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role – does not have to have been within law
• Xero experience, preferable but not essential
