A prestigious Executive Search firm in the City are looking for a Graduate Researcher. The firm supports top business leaders with mentoring and coaching from experienced Chairs and CEOs and you will assist the Senior Partners by helping to optimise the sales process, manage the pipeline of prospects and support with research and business development processes.

You can be based in the office in the City as much or as little as you like, but likely two days a week whilst training.

Your responsibilities will include –

• Research contact details (emails, telephone no’s) for business prospects, proactively and on demand
• Proactively and on request research and prepare insight reports for new business meetings and business reviews for existing client meetings
• Analyse market trends and identify new leads
• Assist the recruitment team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations giving insightful information presentations for the Board and Partner as required
