Head of Brand – Beauty- Maternity Contract- £50-70K.
We are searching for a Head of Brand Maternity Cover to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a vital hire for the business – you will provide senior leadership and will be leading the brand strategy across the wide variety of channels from D2C e-commerce online and bricks-and-mortar retailers to marketplaces. Our client is a leader in the world of direct-to consumer health and beauty brands, growing over 100% in the past year. You will be working on one of their key brands, a successful beauty brand looking to expand and strengthen their engagement with key bricks & mortar and online retail partners across the UK and Europe.
What you’ll be doing:
As the Head of Brand, you will play a key role in driving the brand’s continued growth. Acting as a guardian of the brand, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering the brand strategy. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will manage the development of creative and innovative multi-channel brand campaigns, help drive the new product roadmap, transform and drive all areas of the customer experience and manage the Brand/Marketing team’s day to day activity, as well as several external stakeholders.
The role covers a vast variety of areas in ecommerce, from new product development to marketing and campaign planning and sales-channel management.
What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will have a head for marketing and ecommerce with an understanding of how all the performance marketing channels work together. You will be leading the marketing and brand team and work closely with multiple channel owners, ensuring the channels are optimized and delivering brand goals effectively.
We are looking for an innovator with a flair for the creative – a driven and forward-thinking self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running in a busy and fast-paced environment.
We’d love for you to have an organic interest in the beauty or fashion industry and an experience in omni-channel retail is desired.
Your experience and skills:
● 5 years’ experience in ecommerce marketing with minimum of 2 years in management
● Paid and organic social media management
● Project and product management
● Strategic thinking with attention to detail
● Great written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent team player with strong leadership skills
● Experience in beauty industry preferred
Salary – Competitive – From £50-70K
Full time – Mon-Fri (hybrid working)
Based in North London
