Office Coordinator – PR Agency. Farringdon. £23K

A lovely and super friendly PR agency in Farringdon are looking for an Office Coordinator to support their buzzy team. You will be based in fun and social offices, supporting the three Directors and small office with everything from reception duties to helping organise events.

This role will be all encompassing, varied and integral to the running of this successful business. There is definitely growth potential so if you are looking for an entry level role which can develop then this could be an excellent opportunity for you!

Day to day tasks include –

  • greeting clients
  • managing team socials
  • research projects
  • helping team prepare for meetings
  • setting up meeting rooms
  • general admin support
  • office management – stationery, supplies, fridge stocked etc
  • book travel
  • coordinate diaries
  • HR – onboarding new team members, keeping track of holidays etc

Given the nature of the role it is primarily office based but this is a lovely, flexible environment so some ad hoc wfh will be fine where the role allows. The hours are 8.30-6pm (although early finishes are very regular including 4.30pm Fridays). Lots of team socials, perks, away days, trips and holidays.
