A PR and Communications firm in London with a truly standout office culture require an Office Manager to join their close knit and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be a jack of all trades, managing a small office of 15 and enjoying an interesting and varied role.
Responsibilities
- Office Management – supplier management, visitors, post, deliveries, facilities, IT, supplies and H&S
- Assist the MD with a small about of EA support when required – diary management and general support
- Accounts – invoices, expenses, payroll and financial queries
- Events – organising seminars, general office events, lunches and parties
- HR – annual leave, sickness, implementation of policies, recruitment and inductions
- General administration – taking minutes and drafting agendas for team meetings, preparing presentations, team diaries and general travel and accommodation.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic and willing
- Ability to be flexible and juggle competing priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanour
- At least 2 years’ in a similar role
