Production Coordinator – PR and Communications. Up to £32K
A PR and communications company with a lovely and friendly team environment are looking for a Production Coordinator to support their Producer and Film Team. Helping the team to produce short films for a range of clients, this is a varied and involved role working for a passionate and dynamic team in a multi-project B2B communications environment.
This role requires someone super organised who can manage multiple projects at one time. You will sit within the film team and support in an involved administrative support capacity. Tasks will include –
- Resourcing
- Booking travel
- Managing calendars
- Coordinating film crew, bringing people together
- Invoicing
- Liaising with venues
- Taking briefs
- Coordinating different agencies
- Handling budgets
- Generally bring all the administrative elements of multiple projects together.
This role is extremely varied and will suit someone super organised who likes to work across lots of different projects. A natural organiser who makes things happen and understands film production in a B2B comms environment.
