A global luxury hotel group based in Central London is looking for a Team Assistant/Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing team.
This will be a fast paced and busy role so you will need to be an experienced team assistant or administrator who can really hit the ground running.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning sales drives, database tracking and updating
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Assist in preparing P & L monthly reports
Preparing and communicating, complimentary and entertainments, rate discount forms, gift vouchers with related departments in the hotel
Outlet requisitions
Making sure all sales presentations are up to date
Assisting with travel arrangements Prepare travel forms and agenda for sales trip for sales team
Raising PO, follow up payments with 3rd parties – close relationship with finance
Prepare expense forms for sale team members
Gift stocktaking, monitoring and ordering
Registering suppliers with the hotel
Liaising with IT and other departments for sales team and new members
Coordinate with 3rd party companies
Prepare and deliver sales materials for sales trips and tradeshows as required
Prepare group & event resumes monthly to ensure communication is clear throughout all hotel departments
Assisting with preparing monthly reports
The ideal candidate will be efficient, personable, organised with high pressure environment capabilities. Previous experience required within an administrative/team support role.
Salary up to £35,000. Please note this is an office based role.
